| hey there. I care. focus on yourself and give yourself some love. I don't have a lot of friends and I use to be really depressed about this. But, you know, as corny as it sounds, you are your own friend. you are your best friend. try meditating and calming your thoughts. I just started 2 months ago and you can't believe how much better I am. I just went through a terrible time and felt so so SOO lonely. then I redirected my energy to stuff I liked and wanted instead of the negative stuff that I didn't like nor wanted. if you refocus on what you want, you will feel much better. set goals, write in a journal. write down your feelings.
